I got emotional watching this simply because I used to meditate with while wearing rudraksh for over a year. I left India two years ago and one day my rudraksh mala broke. From that way onwards I've had a blockage in my spiritual advancement. I cannot meditate now, whenever I sit myself down I feel like I'm losing my breath. And it's gotten much worse now. Usually when I do mala jap with lord Shiva mantra I used to feel huge wave of energy on me as though lord Shiva was blessing me. But it has stopped happening now, I feel as though my bond with Lord Shiva is broken. It's really frustrating because I can't explain this to anyone, they do not simply understand. I've had previous experiences with energies too. I also used to hear a voice in my head, which used to warn me of the occurrences that may happen in my life. It was a voice I cannot describe. I've had several out of body experiences. I've also seen spirits, which have no face just a glow of pearlescent colors replacing the face. I used to see shadows during my out of body experiences. I've done my fair share of Hatha Yoga during my early twenties for chakra meditation.
