I didn't knew Anchored VWAP & 1 month rsi 70 is buy signal is good learning. Watched the video 2-3-4 times and tried it. But one thing you both missed out is that PROBABILITY OF PROFIT is very very LOW. You can see on opstra postion as well. Probability of Profit is only 15-25% maximum. Do you think with this probability, one can earn with this Strategy. Please guide sir.

What's the advantage we are getting by buying futures and put option the same return we can get just by buying call option and it will require much less margin than his strategy...

I think, Buying Future + ITM PE is same as simply buying an OTM CE and Payoff for both is same!
Then is there any specific reason we should choose Future + PE combination instead of OTM CE?

this spread looks good but CMP has to move 7%( on average ) to reach the breakeven point and after that, it still needs to fly more to make profits, they will be many resistance/support zones in the path. how can this huge target be achieved in one month?

Dear Shri Vivek,
I have one doubt in the put option selection for hedging. Could you please confirm whether the option need to be switched to lower strike Prices to maintain that 70-80% chips (intrinsic value), as the time value keep reducing fast especially when bought at beginning of month.

The problem if I follow FnO hedging strategy is ...even if I am right...I will earn very less.. e.g. Coal India Buy FUT @135..and Buy 140 PE... even if price moves 5% in my favor my profit will be 2 rs around in 5 to 6 rupees movement... still I follow this strategy as cant think better option

The margin is reduced only after put option is traded but we buy futures before so we need lakhs of margin required for first purchase. I didn't got it completely, how it's done?
